A downloadable game for Windows

This is a personal project I developed to learn about how Unreal Engine manages sprites, sprite sheets and tile maps. I was inspired and guided by this tutorial, by Pixel Helmet.

The project was developed using brullov's Oak Woods Environment Asset Pack. After organizing the sprites in Unreal Engine, I separated them into groups to form "flip-books" and enable their respective animations (i.e. player movement animations). The level is setup through layered PNGs and a tile map brings it all together to allow movement and platforming.

This is much less of a game, and more of a small tech-demo to further develop my skills.
